• Client expectation: custom cleaning requirements
  

• Frequency of clean: weekly, biweekly, monthly, occasional

• Include any custom cleaning requests for a more precise quote.
  

• Client and staff input and feedback are used after the first and second clean to establish
  

  the time frame suited to both client and staff.

• Work is billed according to time even if time exceeds estimate.
